He is having 11+ years of Rich experience in hotel industry and have been part of many great brands like Marriott, ITC, Accor, Royal Orchid and Wipro. MIHM is his assignment as teaching profession and came with recent of hospitality industry.
Mr. Pratik Pawar
Mr. Pratik Pawar, he has completed his graduation in hotel management and catering technology with specialization in western food (continental food) from Bharati Vidhyapeeth University. With a total of 5+ years of experience in hotel industry and academic. He help out students for planning meals, developing new dishes and menus, and guiding the overall direction of the kitchen. He assist students for tracking inventory, controlling costs, developing recipes and presentation. He teach students kitchen etiquettes and to work under pressure. He encourage students towards there career goals.
Chef Zaid Khan
Chef Zaid Khan has completed his degree in Hospitality Studies from Pune University in 2016, and there after placed at Trident Nariman Point Mumbai and later at JW Marriott Marqis Dubai. With a cumulative experience of over 5 years, he specializes in Continental, Mediterranean, Indian and Arabic cuisines, along with knowledge of Garde Manger, and handling kitchen operations. He teaches the students cooking techniques alongside prepare them to be icons of the hospitality industry.
Ms. Panchami Shinde
Ms. Panchami Shinde has completed her graduation in hotel management and catering technology with a specialization in western food (continental food) from Bharati Vidhyapeeth University. With a total of 4+ years of experience in the hotel industry and academics. Prajyot Suresh Bhalerao
Prajyot Suresh Bhalerao is a Faculty at Magarpatta Institute of Hospitality Management. He has graduated from Pune University in 2017 and specialized in Accommodations Management. He has also worked with The Oberoi Mumbai in the Housekeeping Department, he has also been a successful restaurateur. He has worked with a NGO and trained needy students in hospitality skills.
